codeaccess provides semi-

nars on fire safety portions

of building codes, as well as,

   

on regulations requiring

accessibility for individuals

with disabilities.  Accessibility seminars include topics on the Ameri-

cans with Disabilities Act  (ADA)  and the Fair Housing Amendments

Act (FHAA).  All seminars are health, safety and welfare (HSW)

seminars and are registered with the American Institute of Architects

(AIA).   Most,  if not all,  states  accept AIA approved courses.   We

report  AIA members' attendance to the AIA,  but all participants,

whether they are members of AIA or not,  must  self-report their

attendance  to each state  in accordance with each  individual state's

rules for reporting.
