Club Seminars | |
HOME |
CLUB codeaccess provides a
more affordable way for participants from different firms, corporations and government
entities to attend a health, safety and welfare (HSW) seminar together. By having a
sponsoring entity organize the seminar, certain expenses can be reduced. For example, codeaccess holds most Public Seminars in hotels or other commercial
conference facilities where the conference rooms and the refreshments can be quite
expensive. Club Seminars are set-up by a local entity at an an affordable
space of the entity's choosing and arrangements for catering are made by
that same entity, usually at a lower cost than the catering provided by
hotels. The
savings are passed on to the seminar participants. The sponsoring entity is responsible for
providing the conference space and the refreshments, as well as, for advertising the
seminar. Registration fees are then sent to codeaccess for processing. The sponsoring entity receives one free
registration for 20 paying participants. Each 5 paying participants above 20
nets the sponsor another free registration. A minimum of 20 paying participants must attend. The fee
per person is established by codeaccess
and the sponsoring entity. Club seminars can be arranged in cities where codeaccess is not providing a Public Seminar. |
